VP of Growth Marketing
352 Inc. is an innovation and growth agency. We transform our clients’ ideas into exceptional value through customer-centered strategy, design, web and software development, and growth marketing.
To do that, we believe everything starts with inspired people, and that's where you come in. We're looking for a VP of Growth Marketing in Atlanta to lead our 15-person growth marketing team and our 10+ ongoing client engagements, while also closely working with our sales team to expand our client roster.
Our growth marketing team is focused on user acquisition and demand generation, using iterative traction marketing and growth hacking philosophies to drive results for clients. We have a wide digital skill set and work in agile sprints that allow us to pivot efficiently when strategies need adjusting.
Our ideal candidate not only embraces these ideas, but also will continue to evolve and build on them as the department and client roster grows. Additionally, we’re looking for someone will:
- Be a visionary digital marketing leader for our agency and our clients
- Develop a growth strategy for our agency to grow our revenue
- Work hands-on with our sales team to find and win new clients
- Stay on top of industry trends and ready our offerings for the future
- Mentor team members and create growth plans to develop their skills
- Build strong client relationships
- Be active in the community and represent our agency well
- Add value to our senior leadership team
- Agency experience: working within an agency and/or working closely with agencies on the client side
- Sales experience: supporting sales initiatives and/or directly selling
- Deep digital marketing experience
- Proven track record as a manager or lead for marketing teams
- Exceptional presentation and writing skills
- Regular travel (2-5 days a month); working in our Midtown, Atlanta office the rest of the month
